Our training classes are world leading. We teach what you need to know and don't just stand in from of regurgitating the contract. Our trainers are down to earth straight talking people, they know the jobs your staff carry out because they have done the same jobs theirselves.

COMPLIANCE

We will advice you on processes, notices, early warnings, instructions and every operating element of the NEC. Genuinely invaluable, the NEC is a contract of processes, get on step wrong and it is going to cost you.

CONTRACT REVIEW

We hardly ever see standard NEC contracts these days. The Employer (Client in NEC4) always amend the standard form. Don't ask your lawyer to review contracts for you, they over complicate, they sit on the fence and the frequently fail to provide simple no nonsense advise that you need. If you haven't built dozens of construction projects you simply cannot understand the risk, we have so we do.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We have managed numerous disputes to conclusion. Our preferred approach is something that is perhaps unusual, we call it "talking". There is usually a route to resolving disputes without adjudication and we firmly believe in avoiding formal dispute resolution. We play "gentle" and we play "hard", we won't kill relationships but we will resolve your dispute.

Our founder previously held the position of Commercial Director at numerous Tier 1 contractors. He has provided NEC advice and training on the House of Parliament refurbishment project for the past 5 years. He is an NEC accredited Project Manager and trainer. His down to earth approach and personable attitude converts to genuinely effective advice and training.
